HOW DO WE WORK

Step 1:

Project Initiation:

Clients contact us to discuss their requirements. We receive a project brief from the client, including project scope, budget, and timeline.Review and understand the client’s needs and expectations.Conduct a kick-off meeting to discuss project goals, objectives, and roles.

Step 2:

Submitting Financial Proposals:

We prepare a comprehensive financial proposal after gathering project details. It includes the scope of work, methodology, terms and conditions, deliverables, timetables, design fees, and payment methods. We submit the proposal via email or hard copy. Our fees vary depending on project volume, delivery time, and type.

Step 3:

Signing the Contract:

After receiving the proposal, clients may request revisions. We accommodate this by hosting online meetings for distant clients and in-person meetings for local ones. Our goal is to find a mutually beneficial agreement. Once negotiations are concluded,we move on to contract signing. We refine the project scope, timeline, and payment terms.Clients typically visit our office to sign the contract, but we can also travel to their location if necessary.A signing fee is collected at this stage.

Step 4:

Initial Design Development:

Conduct site analysis and gather data on site conditions, zoning regulations, and environmental factors.Develop conceptual design ideas, including sketches, renderings, and models.Create detailed design documents, including architectural and structural plans, sections, and elevations.Prepare design development drawings and reports.

Step 5:

Primary Plan:

We meet with clients again to gather more details about the project. We note down the needs for each area, such as the main gate, each floor, and rooftop. We also consider colors, materials, and construction process. We create a Primary Plan and share it with clients for review and feedback.

Step 6:

Client Review and Feedback:

Clients take time to review the plan and give feedback. If needed, we make revisions to ensure everything meets their needs. We care about understanding their experiences and emotions. Once everything is okay, we get their approval. Sometimes,we have a meeting to finalize the plan. We’re willing to make changes until it’s perfect.

Step 7:

3D Views and Animations:

3D views provide a graphical and visual representation of the design.Clients can visualize their future project through these views. We also create project animations if needed. We take approval for the 3D views and animations from the client.

Step 8:

Structural Design:

Conduct structural analysis and design calculations to ensure the building’s safety and stability.Develop structural design concepts, including beam layouts, column schedules, and foundation designs.Create detailed structural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and cross-sections.Prepare structural design reports and specifications.

Step 9:

Collaboration and Review:

Collaborate with other disciplines, such as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineers, to ensure coordinated design.Conduct internal reviews and critiques to ensure quality and consistency.Prepare for client reviews and presentations.

Step 10:

Cost Estimation and Bill of Quantities:

After designing the project, we need to estimate the total cost of the works. We use current market rates and compare them to the PWD schedule. This helps us prepare an accurate bill of quantities, which is a detailed list of all the materials and labor needed for the project. Our team has a full-time experienced estimator who ensuresthat the cost estimation is done accurately and efficiently.

Step 11:

Construction Phase:

We conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure that work is being carried out according to our designs. We also perform quality control checks to ensure that materials and workmanship meet our standards. We provide technical support to the contractor during construction.
